*Half day tour, 3 hours from 9.00 to 12.00 or from 13.30 to 16.30. Not included: bike, equipment, helmet etc. (bikes can be hired from the local bike shops or directly from the guide, or you can bring your own bike). We have a secure bike cellar for storing and charging e-bikes.

Our à la carte restaurant, ESSBAR, is renowned in the region and beyond for its top quality steaks. It has been awarded 2 forks by the Falstaff Restaurant Guide for several years. To enjoy ESSBAR dishes as a Sonnenhof guest, we offer the following UPGRADES to your half board arrangement:

Option 1 – between Wednesday and Saturday

You enjoy dinner at your assigned table and choose from our ESSBAR à la carte menu in place of our half board meal. If you opt out of the half board meal, we will credit €20 per person to your room/hotel bill. Please contact our reception team.

Option 2 – daily available

You enjoy our half board menu of the day at your assigned table and exchange the main course at an extra charge for beef fillet, entrecôte, rib-eye, or Churrasco steak. Please book in advance in the morning.
