Spa Etiquette & Hours
- As a courtesy to other guests we request that you do not reserve any loungers.
- Please maintain a quiet level of conversation and do not use mobile phones.
- Saunas are textile-free zones.
- Please wear a bathrobe or comfortable clothing in the relaxation rooms.
- For treatments, please wear a bathrobe or comfortable clothing.
- A hot shower before your massage is recommended to help relax your muscles. Disposable underwear is available on request.
- Please inform us if you have any health problems, disabilities, special requirements, or if you are pregnant.
- Please note that not all treatments are suitable for combination with sauna use, as some effects may be enhanced or diminished.
- We recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
- Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment, this will allow time for you to check in, relax and enjoy our surroundings.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the service.
- Spa treatments will be charged to your hotel bill.
- In your room/apartment, you will find a spa bag with towels and bathrobes for the duration of your stay.
- After using the sauna, please take your bathrobe back to your room.
- Please dispose of used towels in the spa area (laundry box). Our housekeeping team will leave fresh towels in your room.
- If you are staying in one of our apartments, please add your name to the list.
- Please bring your own slippers or flip-flops. Alternatively, you can buy eco-friendly slippers made from 100% natural materials (plastic-free & compostable) from our reception for € 2.90.

- SAUNAS from 14.00 to 20.00
- PRIVATE SPA SUITE from 10.00 to 20.00
- Young sauna guests are welcome from the age of 15. Please ask at reception about our family sauna times.
